When is an I-beam required with the VMS modular system and who provides this component?

Standard solutions do not require the structural reinforcement of an I-beams. The use of an I-beam would be needed in solutions where additional support is necessary due the weight and/or thrust of the modules, such as low slope designs, atriums and step configurations. I-beams are not included in the VMS system and will need to be sourced seprately after review by a Structural Engineer. Please contact your Commerial Rep for more information.
