When did VELUX start developing products for Commercial applications?

VELUX glass skylights have long been used in Commercial applications such as schools and office buildings. In the early 2000's VELUX moved into Commercial skylight production by acquiring a unit skylight manufacturer. Then in 2016 VELUX launched the Dynamic Dome, a high performance unit skylight which outperformed the competition by deliverying more light for more hours a day. In 2018 VELUX acquired Wasco Products, a market leader in structural glass skylights, to add even more options to the product portfolio. Today VELUX Commercial is one of the largest Commercial skylight manufacturers in the U.S.
