What is the difference between VELUX App Control and VELUX ACTIVE with NETATMO?

VELUX App Control and VELUX ACTIVE with NETATMO are both smart home products that can control VELUX skylights and skylight shades from a smartphone. Below is the difference between the two products: 

VELUX ACTIVE with NETATMO: Operate every skylight and skylight shade in the house with one app. Manually operate VELUX skylight and shades to any desired position, and make scheduled automations based on personal settings. Additionally, smart automations are available based on indoor climate. The indoor climate sensor included in the VELUX ACTIVE starter pack detects the indoor temperature, humidity, and CO2 level in a home. If the readings are outside of a preferred range, VELUX ACTIVE automatically ensures ventilation and sun protection to always maintain a healthy indoor climate. 

VELUX App Control: This app can also operate every skylight and shade in a home. Manually operate VELUX skylights and shades to any desired position, and make scheduled automations based on personal settings, such as how many times a day a room needs to be aired out. No indoor climate sensor is included when purchasing the VELUX App Control. There are no smart automations. However, sensors can be added to the VELUX App Control, which upgrades it to a VELUX ACTIVE product.
