VELUX ACTIVE temperature sensor measurements that differ from the measurements of another thermometer in the room could be caused by an improper installation location. Check that the sensor is not placed in direct sunlight, above a heating element, behind a curtain, near an open window or door. If so, remove the sensor and move it to a different position.
