My VELUX solar-powered skylight shade does not fully open or close.

If the solar-powered skylight shade does not open or close fully, the wall remote may need to be recalibrated. 

To recalibrate a solar-powered skylight shade, follow these directions:

1. On the wall remote, press the end of a paperclip or similar tool into the gear icon on the bottom of the remote for 1 second.
2. Press the center stop button for 1 second.
3. Press the down button for 1 second.
