Help CenterTo have one remote for all the skylight shades in a home, transfer or copy the data from one wall remote to another.
If the remotes are new, make sure that all red tabs have been removed from the battery cavities. Confirm each remote has working batteries (2 AAA, 1.5V).
Set aside one basic remote to be the Primary Remote (the one any data will transfer TO). Before the transfer begins, confirm that the product(s) is working properly with each wall remote data is transferring FROM.
Transferring Steps
On the FROM remote, press the end of a paperclip into the gear icon pinhole on the bottom of the remote for 1 second. If transferring data from multiple remotes, press the gear icon on each remote. Note that there is a 10-minute timeout limit on this process.
Once finished with the FROM remotes, get the remote the primary remote. On that remote, press the end of a paperclip into the pairing icon (the overlapping squares) for 1 second. Next, press the center stop button on the remote, then the down button.
After this step, all all remote data should be transferred to the new primary remote.
