Help CenterThere are couple of options to pair multiple skylight shades to one wall remote.
Option 1: Create a primary remote.
Transfer or copy one wall remote into another wall remote.

Option 2: Reset each shade individually and pair them to ONE remote.
To begin pairing the remote to the skylight shades, first confirm the correct remote is being used. Skylight shades are operated with either a KLI 310 or KLI 312 wall remote.
Double check that the remote batteries work, then begin resetting and pairing the shades to one remote. After confirming the shade is on, hold or slide the reset button for 10 seconds. The shade will buzz or begin to cycle.
Once the shade has reset, pair it to the remote. Press the pairing button on the remote for 1 second. Then, press the center stop button for 1 second. Within 3 seconds of pressing the stop button, press the down button for 1 second.
Repeat for each shade to be paired with the remote.
