How can I delete my personal data after signing up for VELUX ACTIVE?

To remove the personal information that is stored by VELUX, place a request for the VELUX ACTIVE account to be deleted. When the gateway is reset, we will delete the personal information within the period defined in the VELUX ACTIVE Privacy Policy.  For information to be removed immediately, please contact: active-support@velux.com with a deletion request.
