Can I replace the glass in my VELUX skylight?

For VELUX models manufactured after 2010, a replacement sash is available and can be easily installed.

For VELUX models manufactured before 2010, please contact customer service with the serial number of the skylight.

Contact customer service at 800-888-3589 from Monday - Friday from 7:30 AM to 8 PM EST and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
