Can I open my VELUX skylights with the VELUX ACTIVE app if it is raining?

Yes, with the VELUX ACTIVE app it is possible to override the rain sensor protection temporarily. The first time the window is opened, it is limited to the ventilation position, and a message displays: "It's raining".

If the position slider is used to open the skylight, it will open up to 50 %. After 15 minutes, the window closes automatically once again, ensuring full rain protection.

Note: It is NOT possible to overrule the rain sensor protection for older motorized windows and flat-roof windows.
