Are VELUX commercial skylights OSHA approved?

Unfortunately this is a misconception in the skylight industry as OSHA does not approve products they only provide guidance and standards. This would mean no skylight regardless of manufacturer could be considered "OSHA Approved". 

VELUX tests many products according to the most recent OSHA standards, which for skylights no longer includes a weight threshold to be met. By providing the amount of weight the skylight can withstand building owners and contractors can make informed decisions about compliance with OSHA. We also offer several products which can be installed to provide fall protection.
