Why can't I access my window or sunscreening product from my app, it is being automatically controlled by VELUX ACTIVE with NETATMO or VELUX App Control?

All control commands sent from your app require an internet connection between your mobile device and the gateway. If this communication link is disrupted, your app cannot be used until the link is re-established. The gateway itself will continue to provide automatic control for 2 days with no internet access. After this time, it stops as no weather data has been updated.
