Where should I place my gateway?

Place your gateway in a central location to ensure a stable wireless connection to all your VELUX products and to your Wi-Fi router. The Wi-Fi signal strength can be displayed by entering:  "Settings > Home management" in your VELUX ACTIVE with NETATMO app. After determining the optimal position, you can mount the VELUX ACTIVE gateway on the wall using the installation bracket.
