My skylight shade slows down in the middle of travel.

If your skylight shade slows down in the middle of travel, you may need to recalibrate the connection between the shade and your remote.

The following instructions are specifically for recalibrating a solar-powered skylight shade and basic remote.

To recalibrate your solar-powered skylight shade:

1. On your basic remote, press a paperclip or similar tool into the gear icon on the bottom of the remote for 1 second.
2. Press the center stop button for 1 second.
3. Press the down button for 1 second.
