Help CenterIf your skylight shade is not level, you can manually adjust it by gently tilting the bottom of the head casing towards the glass.
Stop tilting at the sound of the “click” (A). This will disengage the shade motor from the track. Slowly move the shade to the completely open position, leveling the shade (B).
Caution: Do not over rotate the head casing during this procedure. It may cause the end brackets to break.
