I just purchased a new window or sunscreening product, how can I add it to my gateway?

To add a new window or sunscreening product to your VELUX ACTIVE with NETATMO or VELUX App Control installation, open the app and locate: "Settings > Install new products > Install a new window" and follow the instructions.

Note: Before adding a new product to VELUX ACTIVE or VELUX App Control, the product must already be paired to a VELUX remote control.
